Frequently Asked Questions

Can Functional Training Treats be given every day?

Yes. Functional Training Treats can be used as part of your dog’s daily routine for training and rewarding. Always stay within the recommended daily amount based on your dog’s weight.

How many soft chews should I give my dog?

Up to 10 kg: up to 5 soft chews per day.
10–25 kg: up to 10 soft chews per day.
Over 25 kg: up to 15 soft chews per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

What if the treat is too big for my dog?

No problem. The soft chew can be broken into smaller pieces, making it easy to use as a reward during training.

When should I give Functional Training Treats?

They’re ideal for training sessions, walks or everyday moments when you want to reward good behaviour. Just keep the total number of treats within the recommended daily amount.

Can I use Functional Training Treats together with other supplements?

If your dog already takes other supplements or medication, we recommend checking the ingredient lists and speaking with your veterinarian before combining products.

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

Your first jar of each product is covered, even if opened. If it isn’t the right fit for your dog, email info@theruffler.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and product name.

We’ll refund the amount paid for the eligible jar, with no return needed. Separately charged shipping is excluded. The guarantee covers one jar per product, per customer, including a first subscription delivery. Repeat purchases and subscription renewals are excluded.

See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
