  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Shipping Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs inspections and clearance procedures

  • Local delivery disruptions

If your order has not arrived within 20 days of shipment, please contact us at info@theruffler.com and we will be happy to investigate.

For international shipments, delivery may occasionally take up to 45 days due to customs or carrier delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, The Ruffler has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

The Ruffler is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
